They used to do episodes of How It’s Made for the UK with a nice soothing accent that seemed tailor made to send me to sleep. They stopped showing them so I tried to watch the original American versions but (and I apologise) but the voice is horrible so I switched to reruns of Bullseye from the 80s but now I don’t watch TV before bed.
