RE7 and 8 were both awesome! Personally I enjoyed 8 a bit more than 7 but 7 was the scarier game by far.
The RE remakes from the past few years are pretty amazing especially if you enjoyed the originals. I just finished RE4 Remake and it’s probably the best action horror I have ever played.
The Dead Space remake is also incredible and I highly recommend it.
Some indie titles like Mouthwashing, and Security Booth are creepy, quick, and fun.
Most of these all go on sale every few weeks as well.
I agree I don’t blame Sony at all. Also I hate myself for it but for me no FPS I’ve played comes close to the fluid gunplay in Destiny and Destiny 2. That is where Bungie always shined for me above everyone else. The rebooted Doom games are a close 2nd. and there are a few indie titles like Turbo Overkill that get close as well. Everything else just doesn’t match up when I get that FPS itch.
Oh yeah don’t get me started on Bungie. The are a shell of their former selves. When they split from Activison and it all came out that the mircotransactions was all Bungie’s idea that was my first WTF moment with these guys. They let us believe it was the Corp overlords ruining our game but they did it themselves. Then they did everything they could do to make themselves look profitable for Sony’s acquisition. Just horrible decision after horrible decision.
Don’t forget they also paid $3.6 Billion for Bungie just to shut down their most popular game and put all their hope in their new extraction shooter that’s been struggling. No new games in dev or even green lit. Also they just laid off a bunch of people.

Murdered a child because their parent supposedly shop lifted some fucking diapers. That is the part that stings the most. Even in less developed countries they just cut your fucking hand off.
Oh yeah this one is my go to as well

That split was one of my favorites from that era.

Failure is just part of the game my friend. Like all experiences it shapes who we are as a person. I’d even argue we are shaped more by our failures than our successes. Focus on recovering from the failure. Decide if you want to try again with a different approach or if you should just stop. Knowing when to quit is a skill most folks underestimate. Sometimes things are just not meant to be and knowing when to quit keeps you from wasting your time trying again and again.

It sure looks like it to me

True but these people all play by a different set of rules then us plebs.

Apparently there are videos
I think it’s more that we turned cinematic universes into a forced content machine to have x number of side character movies per year, with one major tentpole event every few years, with tv shows, video games, and comics all filing in gaps along the way. It’s exhausting. I’m fine with a connected universe that is allowed to live and breathe in it’s own.

I love the Raid movies. The kitchen fight scene in The Raid 2 is a masterpiece.

Ugly Stepsister

I’m not defending her as I really don’t care for her or her music. However I do think you are expecting far too much from some mediocre pop star.

I would absolutely categorize Control as a metroidvania game. It has all the characteristics of one. I know some debate it because it’s so combat focused but aside from that it checks all the Metroidvania boxes.
Considering the other super hero movies we had at the time I thought it was ok. The HBO animated series is much better.
