A Democratic U.S. Senator has taken to social media to urge Canada to reconsider its boycott on American alcohol, specifically wine from California.

    Heres the legal requirements:

    • 51+% corn

    • Aged in new, charred oak barrels

    • Produced in the U.S.

    • And then the generic proof ones.

    So no, not every corn whisky is a Bourbon, although they may taste the same.
