It costs 15$ for registered mail, immediately gets the attention of their legal department (and real support staff) that usually want to resolve the issue ASAP as I’m wasting the time of their precious lawers. I’m very satisfied with Hetzner Storage Box. It’s dirt cheap (1 TB for € 3.20) and they support a lot of file transfer protocol / backup software. I’m using Borg for that part.
