I just have to sit down for a few seconds. The one that throws themself over my shoulder like a baby is mine. She did that when I first met her at the shelter and she still does it when I visit her at my brother’s

You can log out (or just use your browser), open the instance (if you are not sure about the exact URL you can simply search online for instance name+ lemmy) and check the sidebar. There you’ll find this kind of info. You can try their matrix channel: https://matrix.to/#/#blahaj:chat.blahaj.zone
But I also checked the mod log and it seems that your tone, when discussing with users, just doesn’t match what they want for their instance.
The yoga pants episode from the newer seasons got me in tears :D
Hmm, how about [email protected]
Turns out my home instance even has a specific origami community: https://feddit.org/c/origami
I feel you. But here is a fun fact about this: it’s Mr Pfannenschwarz (sole owner of Seitenbacher) himself who usually speaks for those spots which he creates in his own recording studio. It’s still obnoxious and makes me irrationally angry when I hear the spots but it’s at least very selfmade :D
As a teen my appendix ruptured and it took my mother another 4 days to realize I should see a doctor. Sometime around day 2 I was barely able to stand it was agonizing but I still remember it as not as bad as the pain of my eardrums popping from an ear infection a few years later. Ears are the worst IMHO
Scrum is a way of working on projects as a team with a defined set of meetings and procedures. All companies I’ve worked at so far were claiming they use it but none of them actually did.
Scrubs on the other hand was THE Sitcom while I was a teenager. One of my best friends was annoying everyone with citing stuff from it all the fucking time.
But they already tried to extend it with “Scrubs meets school” and the reception was horrible so I’m a bit confused that they want to give it another try…
I hate to say it actually depicts the concept pretty good
They change a lot, like with the Epstein files :D
It’s internal development (Portugal) developing something for an internal department (Germany). There’s nothing professional going on here so we are far from any ci/cd pipeline. One person can change everything, because it’s just two developers (1 frontend, 1 backend).
Plus things are busy and we (team in Germany) are way more interested in this thing working well than they (team in Portugal) are since they have higher priority tasks…
Of course I can say fuck it and live with the poor quality caused by circumstances that were partially caused by poor management decisions of the company but I’m not able to care little enough.
Intent alone doesn’t matter. According to a lot of Christians their intent is the same but boy are they bad when it comes to executing… according to what I heard from former JWs it’s the same for them.
If you want to help or save people, you don’t need a common believe or organized religion in general.
I dropped my first playthrough because of this. Second time went a bit more smooth, don’t know if I set up things smarter or whatever but the grinding stops as soon as you managed your carrot income.
For me it felt a bit overwhelming to have all the dlcs plus main game at once so if recommend buying them later and only if you like it more than now.
Hey, aehm so the next time you start throwing around your sex, can you give me a call? It sounds kinda fun but I haven’t seen it yet, so… thanks in advance
I did that in the past because we had no electric kettle at home. Today it’s the over way round: I have a kettle but no microwave
That ended perfectly and I feel like one of today’s lucky 10.000 after this, thx!
Alucard set the bar but Karlach got me thinking :D
I had the same experience with Graveyard Keeper but gave it another try a few years later. Either they balanced it more or it bothered me less, but the second time I was able to complete it without ending up hating it :D
Gives me Strange Horticulture vibes
