It is kinda slang for things that people don’t care about. Like, “employed people (intrinsically seen as better people in our current society) have better things (profit oriented things, most likely) to worry about.”

In essence: “only bad, non-profitable, people care about this, so we shouldn’t, because we are good people”

That’s why that sentence is looked down upon here I believe. It wasn’t a specifically bad blunder, but you can see how that sentence might have worse of an effect on a commie page haha

Fully agreed. I think you are mistaking us clarifying the sarcasm of BE as us saying “he deliberately made a dumb point on this topic to make a good point somewhere else!”

We just wanted to make sure that we all dislike him for the correct reasons and not for him having libbed up opinions because he made them sarcastically.

This is beyond obvious sarcasm. The tone is completely opposite of BE and, unless he had a stroke and got fettermanned, this is him making a point about using such language to defend veterans and people who join the armed forces in general.

They think that Maduro is one of the uber men who thinks just like they do and if they bully him he’ll crack like they all would. They see a strong man and think if they take him out everything around him will devolve into a feeding frenzy because that is what they would do.
