In some countries like India they have GST (Goods & service tax) which is applicable all over India. It was implemented in 2017 and has unified the indirect tax system across the country. That’s why I mentioned Xiaomi and Oppo who made their UI look like iOS. And yes Oppo’s ColorOS is half iOS half Android. On the other hand Pixel UI, Nothing OS, Hello UI use stock Android UI. At least they don’t have an identity crisis like HyperOS.

Not about innovation but how these Chinese companies blindly copy iOS to look similar. Insted of making their own desing they are copying apple and this thing can be seen on almost every Chinese Android skins not just these two.
