Hate to break it but you only feel that way because you’re getting old. Fortnite is still massive for kids and teens, especially since they added a fortnite editor that allows you to make and play game modes ala roblox.

Using Cursor doesn’t prove anything. Many people use Cursor as an advanced autocomplete, nothing else. It’s not like they’re hammering random AI-generated code and merging it without thinking. “Vibe coding” means generating barely-working code you don’t understand to try and get thinks working.

That’s definitely it. Soon you’ll get upgrades that make special enemies trivial, like a shield upgrade that clears all shields when thrown. After that you can finish the entire game without switching weapons once.

Probably not IMO. It’s a fantastic game but it’s very anime and has much of the same cliches of the medium. It can also be edgy sometimes.

The Vita had a shared library system where if you get the handheld version for free if you owned the PS4 version of games. I imagine they could do something similar to keep playstation users interested

It’s a more polished version of the first, its not that different. If you liked the first you’ll enjoy the 2nd

From videos I watched, the big issue is them losing their market position. They took a big hit when Apple ditched them and made their own chips. Now they’re losing to AMD and Nvidia in the server space. Their newest desktop chips are under-performing. The consumer market is getting more competitive with Qualcomm joining the space and Nvidia/AMD preparing ARM chips. They made a lot of factories for producing chips but it sounds like they’re struggling to lock in a major buyer. Now they’re ejecting tens of thousands of employees in the next few months because they’re hemorrhaging money.

TL;DR they’re getting screwed from every front and either it will take them a long time to recover or they’re going to be left behind.
