Trump just leveraged both to his agenda because he’s a chaos agent who was trained to be so by an absolutely evil son of a bitch, Roy Cohn. The ICC has few leverage points Trump can exploit.
He has way too much to say about everything he meddles with. He didn’t have shit to say about the Strait of Hormuz, yet here we are.
