Firefox says it will keep supporting uBlock Origin even as Microsoft Edge and other Chromium browsers phase it out under Manifest V3.

    True although how true the statement is, in the US at least, is in doubt given the current government leadership and direction.

      It is bad enough if anti-trust actions get moving against a functional monopoly in the EU. Really bad for business … of the monopolist.

      They would just have to funnel the money, one last time, but to a different direction. It’s not corruption if “he” takes the money…

      True but they can’t rely on the US alone. They have to do business elsewhere. Funding Firefox is a ridiculously cheap way of making sure they can operate with impunity everywhere. It’s brilliant, really.
