“expecting to be completed by 2025.” So finished the same year it started? Pretty baller. Hope they end up donating more. If they can all but eliminate the need for fossilen fuels that’s going to save them so much.
For sure, and I hope this sort of thing will be happening all over the developing world where countries industrialize using solar instead of fossil fuels.
