Turns out all you need is a Supreme Court majority on your side and you can wipe your ass with the Constitution.

But AFAIK in all states you can wait inside your door with a shotgun and blast anyone who breaks into your home illegally. Better yet, you have the constitutional right to organize 30 or your neighbors to use guns to protect each other from marauding thugs.
