I’m obviously not an expert. But, from what I can tell, the scene seems quite healthy. And I don’t see a reason why it wouldn’t thrive further. Especially as the Linux market share is in the lift. Anti-cheat shenanigans are a lot more concerning. Though, I’m optimistic that Valve is actively making progress on that front.

The same as windows but less because most of us use free open source alternatives
office works fine if you use a translation layer like proton. There are also free/open source office suites that are file compatible and way better.
specific versions of Adobe work with proton, but not all. There are better alternatives on Linux for the most part.
