That’s not funny. Radiation poisoning is not funny. The horse should have something you can laugh at. Like full blown aids. Contracted from an African prostitute. It should be riddled with it. Now that’s comedy.

Regular uranium is not radioactive enough. The horse will get cancer but not radiation poisoning. You have to use either enriched uranium or plutonium, or something more exotic.
The resulting horseshoes would also be about three times as heavy so maybe there would be back pain in addition to the cancer
