DOJ must know more about law than the Supreme Court.

Then…what do we need the Supreme Court for???

Administration continues to plan treason and nobody stops them.

If the president says he’s going to interfere in the election, he should be immediately impeached and removed from office as soon as possible! Instead everybody says he’s just joking and my therapist thinks I shouldn’t worry until I know for sure something bad is going to happen

The SS was an elitist regime special force with many educated people (enabling them to be even more monstrous). The SA was the regime mob, with your typical gangsters. The SA was first and got too power hungry, didn’t end well for them.

I don’t see an SS eqivalent in the US so far, maybe if the tech fascists created a private army murdering for the regime?

I don’t know why after a decade of Trump people think “ummm akshually that’s illegal” means anything.

They’re breaking the law. Openly. THEY ARE DABBING ON YOU.

The question isn’t if they can legally - they cannot. Nor if they can - they are. It’s what are you going to do to stop them?

A former president being seen speaking with the current Attorney General, and it was a massive fucking deal. Because they made it a massive deal, and Democrats allowed them to make it into a massive deal.

Don’t ever let Republicans claim to care about this kind of shit.

I had to look it up to see what Trump/DHS’s unconstitutional argument will be to ignore this. The “…” omitted sections show pretty clearly what they will say:

Whoever, being an officer of the Army or Navy, or other person in the civil, military, or naval service of the United States, orders, brings, keeps, or has under his authority or control any troops or armed men at any place where a general or special election is held, unless such force be necessary to repel armed enemies of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both; and be disqualified from holding any office of honor, profit, or trust under the United States. https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/592

“…is held, unless such force is necessary to repel armed enemies of the United States, shall be fined…”

So their first-year-law-school failing DOJ leads will argue that they need ICE there to stop voter fraud, which force is necessary to “repel armed enemies of the United States” since hypothetically the rampant fraudsters could be armed.

Either Trump will just do it without any lawsuit-ripening warning, or if his demented brain reveals his plans early and a suit is filed in time, the Supreme Court will hear the emergency appeal of the inevitable district and appellate findings that it is unconstitutional, and issue a shadow docket ruling that overturns the (ruling upholding the) Constitution without comment or reasoning.

This was the entire point. Nullify the DOJ to create immunity, and disregard the law themselves. Then twist it and weaponize it towards the people opposing them.

This is where we’re at. Remember when we were screaming about project 2025 and everyone was trying to tell us to calm down, saying “They’d never be able to do that?”

        Well, they did it.

Fascists don’t seize power all at once. They test, backtrack and go two steps forward. They utilize the boiling frog effect.

I’m all ears. Where do we start? Who’s organizing a nationwide operation? What time and place? What’s the plan?

Are we prepared to be beaten, imprisoned and killed?

Should I attempt to be a one-man operation?

Will there be snacks and drinks?

Who’s in on this, anyone? We need at least about 5-10 million of us to stand a chance. Are we going to occupy Washington and be prepared to deal with armed struggle? It would be “fun” to Zerg the White House and burn it to the ground. A lot of us will probably get mowed down in the process.

Literally everything that is spy work, subterfuge, being an opposing army, etc is community organizing of some kind. You have to find the community within that wants to take the risks to do these things.

So, to answer your question, 100% community organizing stopped the Nazis.

Considering the USSR by and large killed more Nazis than anybody, I’d say a shitload of community organizing stopped them.

Show up alone, you get arrested. Show up with 100 people, you get shot. Show up with 100,000 people, now we have a movement. Will your neighbors show up with you? Or will you face the Nazis alone?
